Configuring the speaker settings
Setting your speaker system
Select the setting according to the speakers that are connected.
Setup menu
“Speaker” > “Configuration” > “Power Amp Assign”
Settings
Surround Select this option when you use a normal speaker system (not using Zone
B speakers or a bi-amp connections).
BI-AMP Select this option when you connect front speakers that support bi-amp
connections.
Zone B Select this option when you use Zone B speakers in addition to the
speaker system in the main zone (Zone A).

Selects the setting according to the use of your subwoofer.

Select this option when a subwoofer is connected.
The subwoofer will produce LFE (low-frequency effect) channel audio and
low-frequency components from other channels.
None
Select this option when no subwoofer is connected.
The front speakers will produce LFE (low-frequency effect) channel audio
and low-frequency components from other channels.
