•Site – Determines which language is used for the Backup Auto-Attendant (BAA)

•Workgroup – Determines which language is used for prompts played to incoming
callers (see Figure A-2).
•Trunk – Determines which language prompts are played to incoming callers (see

•Personal Call Manager (PCM) – Depends on the language of the operating system
In terms of language priority, a workgroup language overrides the language associated with
a trunk, which in turn overrides the language associated with an individual user.
