Complete the following steps to transfer a call:
1. In the Active Call area, click the Transfer icon associated with the call, and from the drop-down
menu choose the type of transfer you want to make.
The call is placed on hold.
2. In the resulting field, enter the name or number to which you want the call transferred.
Matches from the directory are displayed as the text is entered.
3. If you are making a Consult transfer, once the party answers your call you are prompted to confirm
the transfer. Click Yes.
Clicking No cancels the transfer and reconnects you with the original call.

Instead of answering an incoming call, you can route the call to your voice mail.
